Menton Human Expert is not just another new name in the recruitment market — as the elite division of the MENTON Group, we represent the highest level of HR services.
Taking it to the next level is not an option – it's a strategy!
Our recruitment business, previously operating under the MENTON Jobs name, had outgrown its traditional framework by spring 2026.
Rapid growth and market demand gave rise to the standalone MHE, which from now on focuses exclusively on premium-level recruitment and executive search. From Székesfehérvár to Budapest and Győr, and from Veszprém to Debrecen, we are present at the country's key hubs to connect future-proof businesses with top talent.
We don't send out generic profiles. We assess your company's real needs and tailor the strategy in close cooperation with your leadership team.
We source and rigorously pre-screen the most suitable candidates and present them to you ready for selection, then support them throughout the onboarding process as well.
The selected professional joins your workforce straight away, while we provide discreet, ongoing support in the background.
Let's build your market-leading team together! – Menton Human Expert Kft.
